Cons: terrible teacher - doesn't actually explain anything
focuses mostly on her experience in south africa
just read the textbook and you'll do well
Tells you what is going to be on the exam
Cons: Very strict with handing tests out.
Seems to take a long time to explain simple topics.
Cons: A lot of outside work is required and she is kindaaa crazy
licked a condom in front of the class...talk about awkward
Cons: Acts very friendly but she isn't a very nice person. The class doesn't seem hard but I have an awful grade in it. She grades harshly on minute details, and has told us after exams that she expected us to have a very low class average. What kind of teacher expects the class to do badly on a test but doesn't prepare the class more or at least warn us to study harder than usual.
If you can avoid Ghth and take GKin, do it. If you can't avoid Ghth, just try to avoid Debra's class. If your stuck in this class, just follow ALL directions to the dot and you'll find the class easy, but a bit time consuming. ( have to attend wellness passport events outside of class, and fill out an exercise log, on top of the usual studying)
Cons: goes into details on exams
Cons: Boring
Make sure you read the textbook!
Cons: idk
Cons: unsure of expectations on tests/quizzes
lectures can be interesting
Cons: likes to talk down to students sometimes
the tests are pretty difficult
attendance policy
Cons: Skips around a lot, not extremely clear in her teaching and often leaves things out deliberately for you to find on your own.
Could be an easier class.
Cons: it's a health class
workload isn't terrible, she tends to get sidetracked in class. to do well on tests, read outlines and powerpoints to get all of the info
DONT TAKE HER.
